Cancellation Policy and Return Policy
At Virgin Look, we understand that sometimes life’s plans change. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Advance Notice
We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another guest in need of our services.
Late Cancellation or No-Show
Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or failing to show up for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. This fee will be charged to your account and must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour window without incurring any cancellation fees, subject to availability.
Group Bookings
For multiple bookings or spa packages, a longer cancellation notice may be required. We will provide specific details at the time of booking.
Appointments Made Within 24 Hours
For appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the cancellation policy still applies. Please ensure you are committed to your appointment when booking on short notice.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies can occur. In the case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy
At Virgin Look, we want your experience with our products, gift certificates, and services to be enjoyable and stress-free. Please review our return policy for a smooth and hassle-free experience
Product Returns
Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the product and offer a replacement or a refund.
Unopened Products:
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Opened Products:
Opened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or spa credit. Products must be at least 80% full, and the original packaging must be included.
Gift Certificate Returns
Delivery Options:
Purchase our Gift Certificate for you or your loved one for any amount or service. Enjoy the convenience of receiving your Gift Certificate via email for easy printing at home, or you’re welcome to personally collect it from our inviting spa lobby.
Unused or Expired Gift Certificates, Services, and Packages:
Gift certificates purchased for a specific amount will expire five years from the date of purchase. Discounted services and packages will return to their original price after their expiration date.
Partially Used Gift Certificates:
If a gift certificate has been purchased for a certain amount, the remaining value can be used for future services. Gift certificates purchased for a particular service must be redeemed for that same service. Gift certificates are non-refundable once any portion has been redeemed. Our gift certificates are transferable but non-refundable, and they can’t be redeemed for cash.
Service Returns:
Canceled Appointments:
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please refer to our cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply within the specified timeframe.
Unsatisfactory Service:
If you are unsatisfied with a service you received, please contact us within 72 hours of the service. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if necessary, arrange for a complimentary redo of the service.
